If purchased before December 21, 2023, your E-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient within 48 hours. If we receive your request after this date, the E-Gift Card will be sent after January 5, 2024.

All offers apply to purchases placed within the timeframe of the current special offer. The total payment amount of your order will be the sum of all your purchases.

After receiving your request to place an order, a "Purchase Order Invoice" will be sent to you for your approval, and an Ontogony team member will reach out to confirm the final details for shipping and payment options. 

Details: Gift Card Refunds, Transfers, Non-Cash Value, Access to Online Program & Expiry Dates

1. I fully understand that there are no cash refunds for an “Ontogony Gift Card” purchase. In special circumstances, they may be transferable to another recipient. All requests must be submitted in writing to Ontogony Evolution LTD (info@ontongy.com) and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. I have agreed to the "General Terms and Conditions" of a gift card purchase. I understand the “Gift Card” can be applied to the registration for a program or product for one year from the date of the purchase. It is my responsibility to ensure that the recipient contacts Ontogony Evolution LTD to complete registration for the given program(s) or product(s).

3. Redemption of “Gift Card/s” purchased at www.ontogony.com are redeemable only for programs and products offered by Ontogony Evolution LTD. The recipient is granted the option to transfer to another program, and the full value of the “Gift Card” will be applied to the registration fees for the new program. Any remaining balance owing will be paid in full at the time of registration.

4. General Terms when you purchase, receive, or redeem a “Gift Card”, you agree that the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada will govern these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Ontogony reserves the right to change the “Gift Card Terms and Conditions” from time to time at its discretion. All Gift Card Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
