In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we learn that every person is by nature healthy, but the maintenance of health and/or the prevention of disease requires the continuous healthy flow of Life Energy or Qi (Chi). Healing Cancer with Qigong is healing the body-mind and spirit from a more subtle plane. Ultimately, our bodies are fields of energy and consciousness that possess a potent spontaneous healing supremacy over pathogens and diseases. 

Disease arises when the body’s systems fail to adjust to the pathogenic environment. While there may be countless immediate factors involved in the compromise of a body system’s natural functions, the root cause is a disturbance in the Life Force or Qi. 

This pathogenic effect, or yin-yang disharmony, expresses in two ways: blockages disrupting the energetic flow and insufficient energy to supply the biological systems. Qigong counters both of these by cultivating our Life Energy and promoting its harmonious flow.

In this online program, Carlos de León shares the vision of Traditional Chinese Medicine and shares the principle and techniques for promoting yin-yang harmony, i.e. dissolving blockages and building capacity. In more familiar western terms, it means restoring the natural ability of the patient to overcome illness.
