Our goal is to provide clarity and guidance, helping to make this transition smoother and more joyful, ultimately making Menopause a significant step towards spiritual liberation.

Exploring the Four Levels of Menopause

  • Physical: The physical changes during Menopause are often the most noticeable and can include symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and weight changes. These classes will focus on understanding these changes and learning ways to manage them through nutrition, exercise, natural remedies, and spiritual practices. By addressing these physical aspects, women can find relief and maintain their health and vitality. 
  • Energetic: Menopause also affects the body's energy systems. This session will explore how hormonal shifts influence energy levels and overall well-being. Participants will learn techniques to balance and enhance their energy through Chi Kung, meditation, and breathwork.   • Advanced Deer Exercise: Building upon the foundational practices of Deer Chi Kung, the Advanced Deer Exercise introduces more complex movements and meditative techniques. These practices deepen the connection to the body's energy systems, enhance the flow of vital energy (Chi), and support the healing and rejuvenation of the reproductive organs.
  • Ovary Massage: This practice involves gentle, mindful massage techniques focused on the ovaries. Ovary massage helps stimulate circulation, reduce discomfort, and promote hormonal balance. It is a nurturing practice that supports the health and vitality of the female reproductive system.
  • Feeding the Kidney Chi: The kidneys are crucial in maintaining the body's energy balance and hormonal health. Feeding the Kidney Chi involves specific exercises and meditative practices to nourish and strengthen the kidneys. This practice helps enhance vitality, support hormonal balance, and promote overall well-being.
  • Sexual Energizing Postures: These postures are designed to awaken and enhance the flow of sexual energy throughout the body. By practicing these postures, women can boost their vitality, enhance their sexual health, and connect more deeply with their inner power. These postures promote a sense of joy, vitality, and well-being.
  •  Seven Sexual Healing Positions for Women: These positions are therapeutic practices to heal and revitalize the female reproductive system. By engaging in these positions, women can release stored tension, enhance energy flow, and promote healing on both physical and energetic levels. These practices support emotional and spiritual well-being, fostering a deeper connection to one's inner self.
