Join us at the Ontogony Centre for an introduction to ‘Chi Kung Meditation & Practice’. The ultimate aim of all inner Taoist practices is the alchemical transformation of the body, mind, and spirit, leading to union with the Tao. Feeling the energy of your body makes it possible for you to understand the energy of your thoughts and emotions; and this enables the realization of the energy of the spirit. From here it is possible to fully embrace the ‘Chi Kung State’ of meditation or emptiness, and it is through emptiness that we can become one with the Tao. This evening will offer you an experience of movement, breathing techniques, a series of postures and meditations that will leave you in a state of deep relaxation and inner bliss.
Join Samantha Salvat for an evening of creative exploration that will challenge the right hemisphere of the brain, teach you a new symbolic language, through the creation of a beautiful talisman. Open to Everyone, no previous “artist experience” is required, as you already are a natural creative being!
