A Moving Meditation to Nourish the Body, Mind & Soul…

When our hearts and steps join as one the ceremony begins. We dance and sing mantras and prayers, inviting Grace to descend and dance through and amongst us. No previous dance experience is necessary; just a desire to invite the Divine into our Sacred Practice!
